Very useful. I started with this kinda painting (values) but I was stuck with it and could get my colors right. (since I didn't knew better).
I was using it more like a composition /sketch tool this is year. I still do, to be honest. My process is, still, chaotic, but I'm trying* to learn how to "see values" properly and, hopefully, I'll master it soon
